Sculptra is injected into the deeper layers of the skin using a fine needle or cannula. Kelley will apply a topical numbing agent to enhance comfort and may massage the area afterward to evenly distribute the product. Treatment takes 30–45 minutes.
Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur for a few days. You’ll be advised to gently massage the area daily for 5 days to help with even distribution and prevent nodules. Normal activities can be resumed immediately.
Sculptra results develop gradually as your body produces collagen, with full effects typically visible after 6–8 weeks. Most clients benefit from a series of 2–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Results can last up to 24 months.
